DEKO FG2 with iGlass Easy-Switch is a double-glazed partition which maximises the flow of light while providing acoustic and visual privacy. iGlass Easy-Switch is protected within the confines of the DGU and can be replaced or removed without damaging the integrity of the glazing or the sleek profiles. iGlass Easy-Switch takes a milli-second to change from opaque to transparent and can be applied at an affordable price with minimal fuss.

iGlass Easy-Switch can only be used on the interior of a double-glazed unit (DGU) . The film adheres to the surface of the pane and does not require lamination.

The substantial distance between the two glazed panels ensures a high level of sound reduction, thereby improving the working environment.

The DEKO FG2 partition has the same elegant look as DEKO FG, but with a significantly higher level of sound reduction. The 2 layers of glass and the substantial distance between them keeps out sound, thereby enhancing job satisfaction, whether the room is being used as a workplace or for meetings, teaching or confidential purposes. FG2 has no vertical glazing bars. Elegant aluminium profiles, where the partitions meet ceilings, floors and adjoining walls, lend the entire partition a clear, clean look.

The vertical joints between the glazed partitions are achieved using a clear silicone strip, providing free access to natural light.

This dynamic collaboration utilises the same technology as iGlass Privacy film but is made specifically for DEKO double-glazed partitioning systems. This next generation of film doesn’t require lamination which makes it a cost-effective and low maintenance product.

PDLC Technology

DEKO FG2 with iGlass Easy-Switch utilises polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) technology to transition from opaque to transparent with the application of an electrical current. A double-glazed partition provides a high sound reduction up to 45-53 dB.
